Fat Daddios tins are highly rated in the US, when I first stared baking I tried to find them over here to no avail. Since then times have changed and you can get Fat Daddio’s tins that have been imported. Invicta is one of the professionals favourites, as well as the PME cake tins. I mix and match between them as I think they are both pretty great.
