All of our wedding cakes are baked to order from quality ingredients and are completely hand finished. We bake from scratch using our own tried and tested recipes to ensure the finest flavour and texture. Our cakes are torted into four layers, filled, and then covered in white, milk or dark chocolate ganache before a final layer of sugarpaste.
What we put in our cakes is just as important to us as the decorations we put on them. Designer wedding cakes should taste the part. We use real Madagascan vanilla beans for our cakes, we cook up our own Lemon curd and caramel sauces, and always use real fruit in our cakes and buttercreams. We do all this because we know that a good-looking cake that tastes so-so is such a let down at a wedding. We want your guests to rave about the cake!
It’s not uncommon for our cakes to be eaten before the bride and groom get a proper slice, so please take precautions!
Vanilla Bean – A real butter sponge flavoured with Madgascan Vanilla seeds.
Rich Chocolate – A moist dark cake, with a deep cocoa flavour.
Carrot – A lightly spiced cake, with a hint of orange.
Lemon – Our Vanilla cake with the addition of tart lemons.
Rose – A dash of Rose water adds an eastern flavour.
Banana – Real pureed bananas flavour this delicious cake.

We exclusively use Italian Meringue buttercream on all our confections. We make an Italian meringue base with vanilla bean and free range egg whites. Then we add creamy butter and whisk it to perfection. It’s a lot more work, but we think you’re worth it.

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians, extract and alcohol free, and are therefore Halal. We frequently use organic ingredients such as butter and chocolate, however, if you would like your cake to be baked using only organic ingredients, please request this.
